Vial Armor exists because glass vials break and the medication inside them is expensive, hard to replace, and sometimes impossible to replace on short notice. This case is rated for a 10-foot drop onto concrete, fully loaded, and abuse-tested well beyond that.

What's wrong with the usual options

Most vial cases are a fabric pouch with a zipper, which crushes in a packed bag, or a shiny plastic box with a snap latch that cracks. Neither holds the vials still. Drop an open one and the vials come out.

How this one works

A soft inner tray slides out of a rigid outer shell, matchbox-style. Every vial lies horizontally in its own clip channel. Nothing touches anything else, nothing rolls, and nothing shifts when the case moves. Pull the tray by the finger hole and all ten vials are visible at once. No digging, no unpacking.

It locks

Two holes in the pull tab. The large one fits a finger or the included carabiner. The small one lines up with the shell when the tray is closed. Put a small padlock through it and the case stays shut. Useful in shared fridges, dorms, hotel rooms, gym lockers, and houses with kids.

Easy to open, even with sore hands

Push the tray out with a thumb or the edge of a table. No pinch grip, no zipper pull, no latch to pry. When a vial is empty, it pops out of its channel with light pressure.

Draw a dose without unpacking

Each channel has a port at the vial cap. Slide the tray out and draw directly from the vial while it stays seated in the tray.
