A standard insulin pen or refillable peptide pen sits in its own channel with five pen needles clipped in a row beside it. Everything is held individually — nothing rattles, nothing rolls, and nothing has to be repacked when you open it. The tray slides out of a carbon fiber reinforced shell and slides back in.

Pen cases usually mean a soft zip pouch or the box it came in. Neither of those helps when the bag goes off a table.

It locks

Two holes in the pull tab. The large one fits your finger, or hangs from a peg. The small one lines up with the shell when the tray is closed — put a small padlock through it and the case doesn't open. Useful with kids in the house, roommates, dorms, hotel rooms and gym lockers. A carabiner is included and fits the same hole.
