Most vial cases sold today are printed in brittle silk-finish plastic When it breaks, the case stops closing and you're back to a zip pouch. The tray slides out of the shell like a matchbox and slides back in.

Inside, the soft tray holds every vial horizontally in its own clip channel. Nothing touches anything else, nothing rolls, and nothing shifts when the case moves. Pull the tray by the finger hole and every vial is visible at once — no digging, no unpacking.

It locks

Two holes in the pull tab. The large one fits your finger, or hangs from a peg. The small one lines up with the shell when the tray is closed. Put a small padlock through it and the case doesn't open. Useful with kids in the house, roommates, dorms, hotel rooms and gym lockers. A carabiner is included and fits the same hole.
