A single 3 ml glass vial clips horizontally into a soft tray, the tray slides into a carbon fiber reinforced shell, and the whole thing rides on a carabiner, a belt loop or a lanyard.

Most people carrying a single vial are carrying it loose in a bag or still in the pharmacy carton. Both are one dropped bag away from a lost dose. This isn't.

Why it holds up

It locks

Two holes in the pull tab. The large one fits your finger, or hangs from a peg. The small one lines up with the shell when the tray is closed — put a small padlock through it and the case doesn't open. Useful with kids in the house, roommates, dorms, hotel rooms and gym lockers. A carabiner is included and fits the same hole.
